Return & Refund Policy.
We take great care in every detail of our products. If something is not as it should be, we are here to assist you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns for opened items.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened and unused.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to complete.
Non-returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used matcha products.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
