We collect only the data we need to fulfil orders and answer your questions. This page explains what that means in practice.

2. What we collect

When you place an order

Name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number, only confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference.

When you contact us

The name, email, and message you submit through the contact form, or send by email directly. We use this only to reply.

When you visit the site

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). These are kept for technical operation and security, and rotated automatically.

We do not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. The only persistent client-side state is your shopping cart, stored in your browser.

3. Third-party processors

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy

• Shipping carrier — your name and address are shared only with the carrier we use to deliver your order.

4. Legal basis

We process the data above to fulfil contracts (your orders), to respond to enquiries, and to comply with Swiss bookkeeping obligations. Where applicable, processing is also justified under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR.

5. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for ten years, as required by Swiss law. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the conversation. Server logs rotate within thirty days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you,
• correct it if it's wrong,
• delete it where we're not required to keep it,
• export it in a portable format.

7. Changes

We may update this policy if our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
